The Construction industry is escalating activity and this momentum is forecast to continue. However, the majority of movement is in the commercial sector, with the cost of construction being a barrier to more activity in the residential space.

In the Engineering industry, roles are becoming increasingly focused on Technical transfers, NPI and cross-over between traditionally narrow job roles. A growth in salaries has been noted, as well as an increase in contract work and benefits such as performance-related bonuses, pensions and healthcare.
